Elli -- Salt Lake City Senior Portraits

I adore this beautiful lady.

We thanked the filthy streets of Salt Lake for bestowing such a rockin' prop on us during our shoot.

Christmas Card Design and Photoshoot Giveaway

Hey friends,

Firstly, I like to take a moment to genuinely thank all of you for all your love and support. This year has been huge for me and I couldn't have done it without all the enthusiastic encouragement and the opportunity to work with so many of you. I have loved getting to know all your sweet families and precious babies, as well as being inspired by your love and creativity.

In an effort to express this appreciation
as well as to help my good friend Bethany over at Love The Grows and Love Grows Design,
we've teamed up to bring you a special seasonal giveaway that I've been stoked about for weeks now and can finally unveil!
The winner of this giveaway will get a free 30-minute mini shoot with me anywhere in the Salt Lake County, and cute Bethany will give you a free Christmas card design and personally work with you to make your Christmas cards this year absolutely adorable and (is this biased?) cuter than everyone else's. ;)

She's got tons of different designs to choose from on her stationery site and you can preview them directly via this link

You'll wanna book before the year is over, or 12/31/12, and schedule early enough to get your Christmas cards out on time. The drawing ends Sunday night and a winner will be announced on Monday the 12th. The winner will be contacted and has 24 hours to respond or we will select another winner at random.
With this shoot you get 10 unique individually edited photos emailed to you for free. If you would like a disc, they are available for $20 and will be mailed to you prior to receiving payment (or we can meet up somewhere for the exchange) (does that sound sketchy?) I'll include a rights release form indicating that you may print your photos at your leisure provided you don't defame them, make me look bad, or sell them to any person or entity for any reason. Photos you receive will not be watermarked and will be full-resolution. If, for whatever reason your shoot goes over 30 minutes, a fee of $50 will be charged. Same goes if you decide you would rather have a whole hour anyway. You would only pay $50 (because if you win, your first 30 minutes is free with the giveaway.)

You will be asked to select the design that you like (good luck trying to decide! I have 3 favorites!) and send Bethany the photo(s) you would like for her to place into the design. You will also need to send her the correct spelling of the names you would like her to feature on your card. You will have unlimited proofs for that design. Your design will be sent to you in 2 different file types and 3 different sizes. You will have full rights to this design under the condition that you do not alter its look, defame it, or re-sell it for any reason.

This giveaway is available to Utah residents only (unless you, y'know, come to Utah a lot and don't mind getting here to do a session with me.)

For those of you who live elsewhere and happen to LOVE cute Bethany's designs, you can enter her international giveaway from her post via this link.

It doesn't matter which one of our posts you enter from because the rafflecopter is magically coded to keep everything straight.

Whew! You ready??

Josh + Bethany -- Salt Lake City Couple's Portraits

Meet Josh and Bethany.

Josh is a country boy from middle-of-nowhere Syracuse, Utah.

a graphic designer and wedding stationer from Citrus Heights, California.
(Check out her work here!)

My husband, Taylor, met Josh on their LDS missions in Roseville, California.
Josh met Bethany in her hometown.

Bethany moved to Utah for school.
Josh came home from his mission.

I met Josh and Bethany at Josh's homecoming,
and they were married 5 months later.

Currently Josh and Bethany enjoy traveling and exploring downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas.
They endeavor to find the best food and entertainment,
as well as triumphantly navigating their first year of marriage and sharing their experiences on her blog.
(Check out their adventures here!)

What I love about Josh and Bethany is their undying and everlasting love and support for one another.

I had the absolute pleasure of documenting such a love,
in the heart of downtown Salt Lake last Saturday.
